iOpenDecision is a cost effective, web based application designed to support a collaborative approach to the process of project submission, prioritization and selection.

iOpenDecision factors support performance and outcome based programs under USDOT MAP-21, and the system is built with the latest ESRI GIS technology at its core enabling rapid integration with existing agency GIS and asset management systems.

iOpenDecision is built using the latest web technology, includes document management, search and report writing tools. Direct integration is provided with other iOpenGov modules such as iOpenEngage – Citizen Engagement, iOpenBudget – Capital Programming and Funding and iOpenProject – Project Management and cost accounting.
